Considering that Party B has specific confidential information, Party A will use such confidential information for business cooperation. In order to protect Party B's trade secrets and clarify the confidentiality obligations of both parties, Party A and Party B, based on the principles of equality, mutual trust, and honest use, both have reached a consensus through consultation and signed this confidentiality agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"):

1.Confidential content

1.1 Product design, brand logo offered by Party B

1.2 All company information of Party B

2. Confidentiality obligation

2.1 Party A undertakes to assume strict confidentiality obligations for the confidential content provided by Party B. Without the authorization of Party B, Party A shall not disclose, leak, use or allow others to use the confidential content to any third party.

2.2 From the date of signing this agreement, Party A shall assume confidentiality obligations for any known trade secrets of Party B.

2.3 Party A shall assume confidentiality obligations regarding the contents of Party B's confidentiality agreement during the confidentiality period.

3.Confidentiality period

3.1 The confidentiality period of this agreement is permanent, calculated from the date of signing by both parties.

4. Confidentiality Issues

4.1 If Party B find that Party A leaks, uses or allows others to use confidential content, Party B will file a lawsuit and seek compensation from Party A.

5. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise between the parties during the performance of this agreement, both parties should firstly be resolved through friendly consultation; If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the competent people's court.

6: Other Provisions

This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and has equal legal effect.

This agreement shall come into effect on the date confirmed and stamped by both Party A and Party B
